We are in Atlanta, Georgia and it will be warm enough to ship through most of winter on our end. We stop shipping close to the holidays due to increased risk of loss or delays. We are able to ship through most of the cold months BUT we won't ship into storms or major weather problems on your end or at the hubs your geckos will be traveling through. We ship to your hub to be held for pickup rather than home addresses. This minimizes porch pirates, wrong address delivery, and bad weather issues. We are able to add heat packs but will only do so at your request. 30 day payment plans of 4 equal payments available after 10% deposit. If unable to make a payment deposit will be forfeit and other monies returned. We are able to hold during inclement weather conditions, but if unable to take delivery for more than 30 days then 10% boarding fee will be required, or purchase will be refunded less 10% deposit and geckos will be available for sale again. We require a picture of damage or live or otherwise delivery *at the hub* with a time stamp that matches pickup if there are any issues reported later. We encourage you to lodge a complaint with the shipping company directly at the time of pickup if the box itself is the issue, but we will report that to our shipping intermediary as well. Exception: If you have an international intermediary or courier and we are shipping to them directly then these conditions apply to the intermediary/courier. Please take these conditions and your local weather under advisement before making a purchase.
